Terms of Service

  • ASSETS
     

  • All external assets used are either made by me or are Commercial-Use/Open-Source/Public-Domain licenses so the client does not need special attribution for the final product to be used anywhere.

  • This includes, but is not limited to textures, images, 3D models, videos etc that wasn't provided by the client.
     

  • PAYMENT
     

  • Prices listed are for non-commercial/non-monetised use only in case of MVs. If you require a commercial license, there might be an extra charge, so please let me know in advance.

  • Choruses would be charged an additional 20% or more if there are more than 3 vocalists.

  • If the duration of animated video exceeds 5mins, a separate fee starting from $40 would be added.

  • Corporate clients would require an additional fee payment that start with 2.0x the total price.

  • Rush fees can wildly vary dependig on how many projects I will have to switch around and the number of days left to complete the project. It can range from 0x to 4x.

  • Paypal taxes would be added to the final amount which is about 6% of the final fee.

  • Payment will be via Paypal and an invoice will be sent which must be paid before the final product is delivered.

  • I sometimes add in some extra scenes or give a discount to repeat clients teehee (✧ω✧), those come for free!

  • After the total payment is sent, the final product will be sent in via MediaFire Link.
     

  • OFFERS
     

  • Repeat clients can inquire about my availability status even if my comms are closed at the time of inquiry.

  • I will try my best to throw in some freebies like puppeting or discounts for regulars once in a while!

  • Additional fees (such as rush fees) are significantly reduced for regulars.
     

  • REVISIONS
     

  • Unlimited revisions permitted during the styleframe phase.

  • Only minor revisions are allowed after final WIP.

  • If there are multiple changes to be made, please make a list that covers all the changes you would like so I just have to render the video just once.
     

  • REFUNDS
     

  • There will be no refunds on projects I've started working on unless I'm unable to finish the project.

  • There might be a chance of 50% refund if I'm only in the styleframe phase.
     

  • PROCESS
     

  • Not first come, first serve! Inform me beforehand if you have a strict deadline.

  • If you don't have any particular ideas or themes but would still want something with a different style from the original video I suggest sending over a playlist of videos/designs you like so that I can get a better feel for the video aesthetic.

  • I will send sample styleframes that are fully desined so you can see how the final video can look like. Feel free to ask for any changes at this phase!

  • The animated MV is then sent after I've worked through the animtion and you can ask for minor changes as long as all the things that need to be changed are listed at once.

  • I may use the final product for my personal portfolios and will not be shared publicly if the project hasn't been published yet.
     

  • DELIVERABLES
     

  • For videos 1080p 24/30 fps unless requested/informed otherwise.

  • For images .png format unless requested otherwise.

  • Credit me with the name and link to my twitter in the video description.
